Waqf Act 1995 - Section 14 - Whether a Muslim member of the Bar Council of the State or the Union Territory, duly elected to the State Waqf Board shall continue to be in the said capacity even after he ceases to be elected member of the Board ? SC held: The respondent who is no longer holding the post cannot be allowed to contend that even after he ceases to be a member of the Bar council is entitled to be member of the Waqf Board.
